Big News after a long time

Sorry for not writing a long time …. again.

But in satisfaction of that, I have huge News:

I´m 10 weeks + 1 day pregnant today.
Due Date ist August 14th.

And I´m happy as I never was in my life before.

September is here

What a wonderful month. I love it.

We had the greatest time at Sicily ever.
Wonderful landscape, hot weather, and wonderful people.

It was really good for us, we totally forgot about work and just enjoyed our time.

And now, the biggest thing that I can imagine is going on.
I took my last birth control pil on August 30th so that means I´m in the middle
of my first cycle where we are trying to have a baby.

It is so exciting!!!
I know that the chances are low to get pregnant in the very first cycle , but I can tell you that I
have a relly good feeling. I don´t know why…. .
Well, we will see in 2-3 weeks if the miracle started already or not….

So, that is what is going on here at the moment.
We are very very fine, work is O.K. (we don´t stress ourselfs anymore that much) we enjoy
good food, we love to cook these days and of course we are waiting for our baby. yeay!

Now

The countdown is over.
We are leaving for Sicily tomorrow.
We will stay two weeks, will be at a wonderful italian wedding and we will
enjoy ourselfs and life.

This vacation will be the best time in my life and I´m so excited about it.
And after this, there will start another exiting time in our lifes. 😉

Oh gosh!

I can´t belive I didn´t blog for over a month again.

I am so so sorry.

What happend in the last weeks?

I finally got a colleague at work. Yeay, I´m not alone anymore.
She is just great. I picked her by myself and I did the right choise.
She helps me a lot and finally I don´t feel despeprate anymore.

The summer in Germany is very …. up-and-down.
We had very hot days, very very muggy. And just one week later, it rains and
its cold again. And then, the last two days it was very hot and muggy again,
and since yesterday evening it rains and it is very cold and I consider to
wear socks again.

But I don´t complain about the weather. I don´t care.
Because, when we are going to Sicilia in … *counting* 29 days, it will
be very hot and very sunny there for sure. I will have my summer for
two weeks and this is all what I want and need.

My “plan” in the first place was, to skip my contraceptive pill now, in July
and wait what will come. But we talked again and we both decided, that we
want to enjoy our vacation in August without any sorrows about if I could
be pregnant already etc. . So I will skip the pill after our vacation, in the
beginning of September. This is really the best.
What if I´m pregnant and we are in this very hot area and I don´t feel
very well? We really want and need this vacation and we want to enjoy
it with full health.

So: stay tuned from September on 😉

Where is not so much more going here.
The house-thing is still on ice.
We just have to wait til they finally sell it and then to strike 🙂

Happy …. oh … Saturday

I missed the Friday …. maybe because of the holiday …

 

– I made a Banoffee-Pie for the first time and it was sooo delicious

– we were at my parents on Thursday, it was so nice again
  altthough the weather wasn´t that nice, we had barbecue in the evening outside
– I sleep very well these days; I don´t fall asleep anymore on the couch on the early
  evening and when we go to bed together I sleep til the morning,
  and when Georgie is holding my hand or put one hand on my head while
   we are sleeping, its perfect….
– I ordered Folacin yesterday, and Magnesium ….. 😉
– I´m very well organized in the last time, I finished a lot of things
–  I felt in love about ten times last week with my honey again ♥

I´m so sorry I havn´t wrote anything for almost a month …. again.
Its hard to keep my german blog running, its even harder with this one.
Sorry.

Well, what happened in the last days?
Not very much I have to say.
Oh, we bought a sinfully expensive camera 2 weeks ago. A Nikon D300.
Boy, we spent so much money, but its really worth it.
Georgie is totally into this and is taking pictures the whole day. 

Anybody interested in a about 200 pictures of me while I´m doing paperwork?

But I love it that he loves the camera so much. Its really cute.

There are 85 days left until our vacation in August (87 til we are going to Sizilia)
I´m literally counting the days. 
First, because of the vacation itself and
second, because I can´t wait to start trying to have a baby. *sigh*
I want it really hard at the moment, but I will wait til the vacation to enjoy
our maybe last journey as a couple.

So, that is all whats going on at the moment here in our lifes:
A lot of work, as always.
Enjoying our wonderful private life and the great weather.
Making a lot of pictures with our new camera.
Counting the days until our vacation
and I´m waiting and preparing to become pregnant. 😉

Everything is fine at the moment and I am totally happy.

Today is a public holiday in Germany (fathers day).
We will visit my parents in the afternoon and have barbecue in the evening.
Tomorrow we took the day off, so we have four free days in a row.
Great.

Happy Friday – a little late

O.K., actually its Sunday.
Sorry I missed it on friday. But I did it at my german blog.on time
But so I can add some happy-things that happened after friday 🙂

The nice things of the last week:
– had a cup of coffee with nice people in the town
– two dresses that I ordered were delivered and they look great
  I will wear the red one on the wedding in August
– all the nice comments on my blogs, I love you guys
– a message in a bottle from Georgis niece
 (she put a letter in a bottle and put it in a package)
– the work-week was rough, but it didn´t creep me out
  I always stayed calm 
– I´m looking forward for a bag that someone made
  for me; can´t wait to have it here 
– that I am wearing the beautiful pendant from Sarah
– our little trip to Berlin yesterday
– that we start the asparagus-season today 
– that the weather is so great and its only April

I thought about to create a new category the whole week.
Happy Friday

I want to tell you every Friday what made me happy
in the last week and maybe you want to tell me what made
you happy.

Well, today I don´t fell happy at all. I´m at work and I´m
really pissed because of everything. My boss is an idiot and
I can´t wait to get off of this place.
Thank god its friday!!!

But I decided to do this Happy-Friday-Thing anyway, maybe
it will cheer me up to think about the happy things.
O.K., lets start:

1. Easter Monday was a very happy day for me, I felt
    totally pleased with everything … what a happy day
2. the best thing this week was definatly THIS. *biggrin*
3. I´m happy because Georgie gave me an honestly YES
    about making a baby this year. *biggergreen*
4. I was wearing my Butterfly-necklace this week
    ( I really want to wear the pendant from Sarah, put I
     don´t have string….)
5. the call of my sister in law who called in order of her
    daughter Paula (4 years old); Paula wanted to tell us,
    that she really wants a counsin now, boy or girl, and
    that we should hurry to get my belly grow 😉

But yesterday she was so close.

When I got home, I found a little package and got very excited,
because I seemed to know wehre it came from.

And right:

A wonderful parcel from far away with the sweetest things in it.

Happy Happy Happy

Wow, two entries in one hour. Thats a lot for this blog *lol*

But I have to write down how happy I am in this very moment.

I´m sitting on the couch in our living room and trough all the
three windows the April-morning-sun is floating in and the birds
are singing and I can hear people from the street talking and laughing…

I love the spring. April and May are the most wonderful months in
the year. (Well, I do love almost every month/season and maybe
I will tell you soon that July/August/September/October…
is the best month *lol*)

My mood is so much better since spring is finally here.
The winter was so long.

I love our apartement (that I have to clean the moment
I´m done here)

But I do love that we will hopefully next year at this time live
in the house in my hometown, next to my parents that I told
you about already.

I can´t wait to live there, plant flowers and vegetables
in the garden, paint the old sheds, sit in the sun, have a
fireplace and invite friends for a bonfire or barbecue.
But this is far away… *sigh* (and there is this chance
that we WON`T geht the house… 😦 )

I´m so looking forward to the next months.
I will enjoy the time with Georgie.
On May 1st we will visit his family again and we
will go to a italian eve-of-wedding-party (even if the
wedding is not the next day, but in August).

And in August we will go for two weeks to Italy
for vacation and the big Italian wedding.
I´m so exited about this event, you can´t believe it.
Our first real vacation together that we so much deserve.
I will see Sicilia. Wow. And I will be on a real italian
wedding, how great is that? I´m sure we will have a
wonderful time there.

And something really big is coming up, also around
this time. I made a decision.
I want to have a child. I´m ready now and I don´t
want to wait anymore.

I´ve been waiting so many years now.
I can feel, that now is the right time.
My “plan” is, to drop contraception in July and
hopefully in vacation… 

 So, if its works instantly, maybe I will have a baby
one year from now?
I know that it also can take a while. And I´m not
forcing something. Lets just see what happens. *grin*

What I´m also happy about?
At the moment, a lot of things. Really.

I´m happy about:
– the wonderful sunshine outside
– the song of the birds
– that the book that I´m reading at the moment is getting thrilling
– that somehow everything will turn out good at work
– that we will buy a Nikon 300 soon
  (oh boy, all the money… *sigh*)
– that my parents are the best in the world and love me so much
– that Georgies niece finally find out how to ride a bike
– that Georgies niece told her mom, as she saw a photo of us,
   that she loves us
– that I found such a nice shirt two days ago
– that my skin looks lovely after a day in the sun
– that there are so wonderful people (unfortunatly far far away,
   but they are there) *hug*
–  that I have the most wonderful man on my side
    who is the Yin for my Yang
– that I hopefully have a beautiful, wonderful child soon
   and raise it with much of love
-….. 

So this will really be an exiting year this year and I will
enjoy every single day.
